      For instance: enable congress to make the Attorney General independent. Allow congress to appoint special prosecutors that answer only to them. Require presidents divest business interests. Require Congress to divest business interests. Enshrine Congress’s inherent contempt power

        Prohibit government shutdowns. Put no limit on the debt of the United States, prohibit gerrymandering, make the VRA and CRA and ERA amendments. Give rights to LGBTQ people in those amendments. Forbid signing statements. Forbid crimes against humanity.
