      Foone Frankly aside from the rest of the issues this is a surprisingly new processor for a spacecraft. Radiation hardening has gotten so much harder. I remember when 0.13 μm was new and how much trouble that was going to be and I think this chip might be 90 nm (!)

    Foone These days I think I can use LPDDR5 as a cosmic ray detector. I used to run SPICE simulations for soft error rates (on earth) based on incoming charge for our latches at IBM. That was back in the 65-40 nm days. I can’t even imagine now.
