@NikiHoneyBee I just use drugs from a bottle - but mainly because while anxiety goes down, focus does too, and appetite goes up. And my blood pressure is high enough without ANOTHER extra 100 lbs. But I’ve always though they should research it for anxiety. I know people it’s worked great for.
